Return Policy

General Terms

Products purchased on our site may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not damaged, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

To initiate a return contact us with a return request at SpringLife_Service@outlook.com. from the email address associated with the order.To complete your return, we could require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If applicable, we will guide you to complete the return process. You need to follow the instructions, otherwise the wrong operation may fail the return and the refund cannot be completed.

Please note:
Refund exclusions apply to certain items, please check the product description before purchasing. For examples, non-returnable items could include some health and personal care items and some sales items.

Refunds (If Applicable)

After your product has been received and inspected, we will send an email associated with the order and notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Important to note:
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and the shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Restocking fees may apply, if:
(1)The packaging is not in its original state.
(2) Any item is not in its original condition, is used and/or damaged and/or misssing parts for reasons not due to our error.
(3)Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have a confirmation from us about the processed refund, expect some time before your refund is officially posted from your financial institution. It can take up to 10 business days for your credit processor to issue the refund.

If this period has passed and you still haven't received the refund, please:
1. First check with your financial institution. You might have missed a notification about the credit.
2. Contact your bank or credit card company. Ask to check the refund state.

Shipping

When shipping items, it is recommended that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure delivery. Under complex logistics environment, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
